5. Perfume Shipping Notice

As perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable goods, they are shipped in accordance with UK courier regulations. This may occasionally result in slight delivery restrictions or delays.

We ensure all fragrance and skincare products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.

9. Lost or Stolen Parcels
